Reverend Keith L. Campbell
Reverend Keith L. Campbell was born in Harlem and raised in the South Bronx in the City of New York. He is a 20 year veteran of the New York City Police Department and received various promotions throughout his career.
Reverend Campbell worked in the Personnel Bureau, the School Safety Division, Narcotics Division and in the Organize Crime Control Bureau. While working in the Chief of Department’s Domestic Violence Unit, he was responsible for training members of the department in the law, dynamics and procedures regarding domestic violence. In addition, he served as a department liaison to various women’s advocate organizations throughout the City. Reverend Campbell has conducted seminars on “Law Enforcement, Domestic Violence and the Church” at the Graduate School of Counseling at Nyack College since 2006.
In his young adult years, Reverend Campbell wrestled with his call to preach. Finally submitting to God’s Will, in 1997 he was licensed as a Minister and was ordained for Ministry in the year 2000 in the Church of God in Christ.
He served as Associate Pastor at Faith Bible Church in Mohegan Lake, NY where he was instrumental in expanding the ministry and for the acquisition of three buildings including their current worship facility. Later he became the Associate Pastor of Christian Education at the Allen Memorial Church of God in Christ Family Life Center in Mount Vernon, NY where he was first licensed to preach.
On fire to preach, teach and study the Word, Reverend Campbell started his pastorate from a Bible study out of his living room with a few faithful congregants. Growing by leaps and bounds, in June 2010, Rev. Campbell found a field and planted Restoration Christian Ministries (RCM) in the Bronx, NY. He was installed as Pastor by Bishop Frank O. White, Jurisdictional Prelate of the Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Eastern New York, Church of God in Christ. Within two years, Rev. Campbell was able to facilitate the expansion of RCM, doubling the space for worship services as well as tripling the membership.
Reverend Campbell is President of the Men’s Department and an Examiner on the Ordination Board for the Jurisdiction where he served throughout the year of 2013.
Reverend Campbell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Long Island University at CW Post, received his Master’s in Urban Studies and Theology from the Alliance Theological Seminary and is currently a Doctor of Ministry candidate at the New York Theological Seminary in New York City. Pastor Campbell has traveled extensively throughout the country, preaching and teaching the unadulterated Word of God. He is a man committed to prayer and a preacher of tremendous faith and action. His message embodies the life changing power of restoration and healing through Jesus Christ.
