The Reverend Dr. Keith L. Campbell
Reverend Dr. Keith L. Campbell was born in Harlem and raised in the South Bronx in the City of New York. He is a 20-year veteran of the New York City Police Department and received various promotions throughout his career.
Dr. Campbell has served in various capacities in the NYPD including Chief of Department’s Domestic Violence Unit, The Patrol Services Bureau, Narcotics Division, Transit Bureau and Housing Bureau to name a few.
Dr. Campbell has conducted seminars on “Law Enforcement, Domestic Violence and the Church,” at the Graduate School of Counseling at Nyack College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Dr. Campbell started his pastorate in his home on Long Island as a Bible Study with a few faithful followers. In June 2010, Dr. Campbell found a field in the Bronx, NY and planted Restoration Christian Ministries. Within two years Dr. Campbell was able to facilitate the expansion of the Church, doubling the space for worship services and the Church experienced exponential growth.
He was installed as Pastor by Bishop Frank O. White, Jurisdictional Prelate, Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Eastern New York, Church of God in Christ. He has been appointed the president of the men’s department in Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Eastern New York, Church of God in Christ. In June of 2017 Dr. Campbell was installed as the superintendent of the Rhema District, by Bishop Anthone White. Under his leadership, the Rhema District is growing and effecting change in the lives of men and women.
