The Reverend Dr. Keith L. Campbell


Reverend Dr. Keith L. Campbell was born in Harlem and raised in the South Bronx in the City of New York. He is a 20-year veteran of the New York City Police Department and received various promotions throughout his career.

Dr. Campbell has served in various capacities in the NYPD including Chief of Department’s Domestic Violence Unit, The Patrol Services Bureau, Narcotics Division, Transit Bureau and Housing Bureau to name a few.

Dr. Campbell has conducted seminars on “Law Enforcement, Domestic Violence and the Church,” at the Graduate School of Counseling at Nyack College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice.


Dr. Campbell started his pastorate in his home on Long Island as a Bible Study with a few faithful followers. In June 2010, Dr. Campbell found a field in the Bronx, NY and planted Restoration Christian Ministries. Within two years Dr. Campbell was able to facilitate the expansion of the Church, doubling the space for worship services and the Church experienced exponential growth.


He was installed as Pastor by Bishop Frank O. White, Jurisdictional Prelate, Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Eastern New York, Church of God in Christ. He has been appointed the president of the men’s department in Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Eastern New York, Church of God in Christ. In June of 2017 Dr. Campbell was installed as the superintendent of the Rhema District, by Bishop Anthone White. Under his leadership, the Rhema District is growing and effecting change in the lives of men and women.

Dr. Campbell attended Long Island University at CW Post, John Jay College, Alliance Theological Seminary, Andersonville Theological Seminary and the Mason Kelly Washington Religious Training Institute. He currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, a Masters of Urban Studies of Theology, a Masters of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Divinity. Dr. Campbell has facilitated financial seminars in his local church and jurisdiction, teaching key principles on sowing and wealth in the kingdom of God.

Dr. Campbell has traveled extensively throughout the country, preaching and teaching the unadulterated Word of God. He is a man committed to prayer, a preacher of tremendous faith and action. His message embodies the life changing power of restoration and healing through Jesus Christ.

He is most grateful to God for his two children, Shaina and Isaiah.
